These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the vipaka platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using vipaka, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
Key Principles of These Terms
One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one registered account on vipaka. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of funds held within the duplicate registration.

General Terms

Account Registration

2.2 Registration Process

2.3 One Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active account on vipaka. If vipaka identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — the duplicate accounts will be closed. Any funds held in duplicate accounts, including winnings derived from bonus funds, may be voided at vipaka's discretion.

Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Supported Payment Methods
vipaka supports a range of Bangladesh-friendly payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals. Currently accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay (UCB). vipaka may add or remove payment methods at any time. 3.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits
The minimum deposit amount on vipaka is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. 3.3 Deposit Processing

However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.
3.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method
For fraud prevention and anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. vipaka reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal request that deviates from this policy.
3.6 Currency
All transactions on vipaka are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Your account balance is displayed and maintained in BDT at all times. vipaka does not offer multi-currency accounts and does not apply currency conversion to Bangladesh MFS transactions.
Important: vipaka will never ask you to transfer funds to a personal mobile number or bank account not listed in the official cashier. Only transact through the payment channels shown within the vipaka platform. Bonus Terms
4.1 General Bonus Conditions
vipaka offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season. 4.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in eligible wagers to be placed before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
4.3 Game Contribution Rates
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirement fulfilment. Typically, slot games contribute 100% of each stake, while live casino table games and certain other categories contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely. 4.4 Bonus Validity Period
All bonuses carry an expiry period, stated in the promotion terms, beginning from the date of credit. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be removed from your account without compensation. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
4.5 Bonus Abuse
vipaka actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinated play across multiple accounts to accumulate bonus value, and repeated exploitation of deposit bonus offers through rapid cycling. Where bonus abuse is identified, vipaka reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to close the relevant accounts.
4.6 Right to Withdraw Offers
vipaka reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotional offer at any time, without prior notice. Offers already claimed and in progress will be honoured under the terms that were published at the time of claim, except in cases of identified abuse or system error.
User Obligations
5.1 Lawful Use
You agree to use the vipaka platform solely for lawful purposes. You must not use vipaka in any manner that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of third parties, or facilitates any illegal activity. Users are solely responsible for assessing the legality of online gambling under the laws applicable to their jurisdiction.
5.2 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times — during registration, during identity verification, and when contacting customer support. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension.
5.3 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vipaka platform:
- Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or other software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker or live dealer table games.

- All winnings and bonus funds accumulated during the period of underage use will be voided in full.

Account Closure
7.1 Voluntary Closure by Player

7.4 Balance on Closure
Where an account is closed by vipaka due to a terms breach, the treatment of any remaining balance will depend on the nature of the breach. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, funds may be frozen pending investigation and potential reporting to relevant authorities. In cases of minor terms violations, vipaka will use reasonable discretion in determining whether to return a remaining real-money balance to the player.
Limitation of Liability
8.1 Platform Availability
vipaka makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability on a 24/7 basis, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond vipaka's control. vipaka shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime or inaccessibility.
8.2 Technical Errors
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcomes, bet settlement, or balance calculations, vipaka reserves the right to void affected transactions and revert balances to their pre-error state. vipaka will not be held liable for any anticipated profits that were not realised due to a verified technical error. 8.5 Indemnification
